Halloween and my 30th (!!) birthday. A brief trip to Michigan landed us just a few miles from my cousins. The fun included trick or treating in a shut down downtown South Lyon (a pumpkin latte from Java House Cafe made the freezing weather bearable!), a trip to the indoor play center at the local mall to escape the rain, more trick or treat at Kroger, the Detroit Outdoor Adventure Center (one of my favorites activities of 2015!), and ‘official’ trick or treat with our cousins. Also, an important milestone…  Ocean learned to climb the bunk ladder. Watch out!
